Who we are
idanta.ai is run by Idanta AI Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, and its US subsidiary, Idanta AI Inc. (together, “Idanta”, “we”). We have offices in the SF Bay Area, California and in Hyderabad, India.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use our contact or partner forms, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, company, role and country, and details about your request such as your industry, print process or label volume.
- How the site is used. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views, referring sites and approximate country. It does not use cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and follow up on demos, agreements and partnerships.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To protect the site against abuse and spam.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, and Slack to deliver form submissions to our team. If you book a call, Calendly processes your booking under its own privacy policy. Links to LinkedIn and other sites are governed by those sites’ policies.
Data we process for our customers
When a brand uses Idanta, its distributors, retailers, field teams or consumers may verify products with a phone. That scan data, such as the unit, time, place and device, belongs to the brand. The brand decides what is collected and how long it is kept, and we process it only on the brand’s behalf under our agreement with them. If you scanned a product, the brand’s privacy policy explains how your data is handled, and you can contact the brand to exercise your rights.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our relationship, then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics are kept only in aggregate. Data we process for our customers is kept for as long as each customer decides.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@idanta.ai. Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
International transfers
We work across India, the United States and Mexico, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
